Finding ICD Designs was one of the best holiday gifts I received this year. I had placed a bulk order for a corporate gift that was going to be embroidered but I had to order a separate unit of a different product for someone on our team. I needed this one unit embroidered around the holidays and had contacted 10+ local embroidery shops in Denver. Most of them responded that my 1 unit would not meet their minimum (despite websites saying otherwise) or that they could do it but I would not be a priority. It was extremely frustrating to say the least. I called in my mother to help me look and she found ICD Designs. They were immediately responsive. It was the week of Christmas and they told me to enjoy my holiday and bring in the item the following Monday (NY week). When I came in Monday they already had my logo mocked up for review and worked with me to find the right thread color. They then turned the item around in THREE DAYS!!! We used ICD for the first time this school year, since our child's school requires the school logo embroidered onto the shirts. Dee (the owner I believe) was such a joy to work with. Not only did she pull us out of a jam, she was kind, caring and friendly as well. I am so glad we found ICD, and look forward to working with them again in the future!
